Fractionation of the Antigens from Dwarf Ragweed Pollen

Abstract
A highly active allergenic material has been obtained by the fractionation of dwarf ragweed pollen extracts. The material isolated gives a single line on the Ouchterlony test. It gives skin reactions at concentrations corresponding to 10-5 μg N/ml. The immunologic relationship between this product and Trifidin A is demonstrated.
