Abstract
Presentation of Case First admission. A fifty-two-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of a lump in the breast.One year previously she felt a lump in the right breast but did not seek medical advice until two weeks before entry, when she became aware of tenderness in the right axilla. A hysterectomy had been performed eleven years earlier.Physical examination revealed an obese woman who appeared well.
