Abstract
Implications of the possible existence of a new, heavy, right-handed-coupling quark are investigated. The quark-parton model is used as a guide to the decay properties. Signatures from semileptonic and nonleptonic decays of particles produced in antineutrino reactions are identified. Estimates are given for hadronic production of the associated vector particle, .
