Eosinopenic Effects of Tryptamines in Mice

Abstract
Large doses of serotonin, cinobufotenine and tryptamine are eosinopenic in tests made on CBC mice, during the ascending phase of eosinophil rhythm, but are less potent than is epinephrine. Serotonin and cortisone effects upon eosinophils are synergistic at several dose levels.Keywords
