Abstract
Dielectric absorption has been investigated over a temperature range from -34 to 450°C and a frequency range from 1 to cps for doped Ca, Ba, and Sr crystals. The activation and association energies for the dipolar complexes have been determined. The activation energy for Ca doped with 0.01-mole% Y was found to be 1.17 eV.
