Abstract
Monoclonal IgG to the inner capsid of human rotavirus was produced by mice immunized with hybrid cells derived from mouse myeloma and the spleens of mice immunized with rotavirus. This IgG reacted with an antigenic determinant of mammalian rotaviruses that was not present on that of avian rotaviruses. Keywords
