Abstract

The fluorescence and phase diagrams of the following Pb‐activated ternary systems were investigated: ; ; ; . Eleven new ternary silicates were identified, some of which proved to be very good base materials for Pb‐activated phosphors with peak emissions ranging from 3000 to 4000Aå.
