Abstract
The cellular requirements for the in vitro response to DNP-O-Bio-Gel-P [dinitrophenyl-ornithine-Bio-Gel-P] were determined. Splenic adherent cells [mouse] are required for generation of anti-hapten PFC [plaque-forming cells] to the solid phase immunogen. Cultured nude-mouse spleen cells have far less capacity to respond to the immunogen than do cells from wild type mice. T [thymus-derived] and B [bone marrow-derived] cells are required for responsiveness to the moderately haptenated form of DNP-O-Bio-Gel-P.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
