Anisotropy and Dimensionality in the Resistive Measurements in Epitaxial Films of BiSrCaCuO

Abstract
The anisotropies of BiSrCaCuO 2212 films have been investigated by measuring the angular and the temperature dependence of the magnetic field H* for the onset of the d.c. resistivity. The experimental results put into evidence a crossover between a two-dimensional (2D) and an anisotropic three-dimensional (3D) behaviour, by varying the temperature.
