Abstract

The hydrogenation catalyst precursor [(L–L)RhNBD]ClO₄ reacts with H₂(1 atm, 30 °C, MeOH) to yield [(L–L)HRh(µ-H)₃RhH(L–L)]ClO₄[L–L =rac-Fe(η⁵-C₅H₄PPhBu^t)₂; NBD = norbornadiene].
