Darstellung von enterokinasefreiem Trypsin. (Achte Mitteilung zur Spezifität tierischer Proteasen.)

Abstract
This method is an improvement for the extraction of trypsin free from kinase by adsorption of the mixture of enzyme and a specific substrate, casein, on alumina. The new process consists in the specific adsorption of the kinase by a precipitate of casein formed in the enzyme solution by the addition of acetic acid. This fixation of the trypsin kinase at pH 5.2 is specific, involves only the activated enzyme, and may be made complete by repeated precipitations of casein.
