Abstract
A 55-year-old man suffered from Behcet's disease with bilateral sigmoid sinus thrombosis and dural arteriovenous malformation has been studied clinically and pathologically. A possible causal relationship between Behcet's disease and sigmoid sinus thrombosis is discussed.Keywords
