Abstract
Ammonium chloride, a lysosomotropic agent that raises intralysosomal pH, reduces the yield of reovirus during infection of mouse L cells. Subsequent removal of ammonium chloride results in the rapid establishment of a persistent infection.This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
