Abstract
The effect of adsorbent particle size distribution on chromatography performance is examined using a multilayer model. This model can take into account the dependence of related parameters on particle size, and provide quantitative information about the significance of considering particle size distribution. A novel fast Fourier transform technique is utilized in this study to solve the multilayer model problem. Keywords
