Abstract
Pyrophos-phate accounts for about 1/4 of the total P of yeast. Fermenting zymin hydrolyzes pyrophosphate to ortho-phosphate. Further evidence is given to show that pyrophosphatase is distinct from hexosephosphatase. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
