Search for Narrowp¯pStates

Abstract

We have searched for narrow states of the $\overline{p}p$ system in the mass range from 2000 to 2400 MeV/${\mathit{c}}^2$ in the inclusive channel ${\pi }^{-}+\left(p \mathrm{or}\mathrm{C}\right)\to \overline{p}p+X^0$. No statistically significant enhancements in the data have been observed.
