Abstract
The ceramic solid solution of PbZr0.95Ti0.05O3:1%wtNb2O5 has been studied by X-rays texture and structure measurements, by electron scanning microscope observations, by Raman scattering and by infrared reflectivity experiments. We conclude for the isotropy of the material, the absence of phase transitions at low temperature and the coexistence of two phases at room temperature. Keywords
