Abstract
Eight children with 10 reobstructed renal pelves were managed by reoperation. Successful relief of sepsis, leakage and continued progressive hydronephrosis was accomplished by standard urological procedures, that is lack of tension, accurate approximation and gentleness in tissue handling. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
