Response of Pregnant Human Uterus to Prostaglandin-F2 -induction of Labour

Abstract
Labour was successfully induced in 10 women at or near term with prostaglandin F2α infusion. In no case was there an increase in the resting tone of the myometrium, and complete relaxation between contractions was recorded.Keywords
