Abstract
Ten previously untreated patients with metastatic non-seminomatous testicular carcinoma received cis-diamminechloroplatinum (CDDP). Renal function studies were performed before and following the first CDDP infusion. A decrease in effective renal plasma flow (ERPF) and an increase in filtration fraction (FF) was found in all patients. These findings suggest primary changes in renal hemodynamics during CDDP infusion. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
