Abstract
While sucrose and glucose have previously been shown to occur in the carrot root, the presence of fructose has been questioned. Data are presented which show that fructose occurs in the Danvers and Imperator vars. to the extent of nearly 1/2 of the total reducing sugars. Maltose was not detected. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
