Abstract
Moment index displacement can determine the amount of light scatter and zero point displacement in fluorescence time decay data. Two different types of light scatter are considered and shown to have significantly different effects on the analysis of the data. The amplitude correction factor determined by Eisenfeld and Mishelevich is experimentally verified. Keywords
