Abstract
Of 5 specimens of urinary proteins examined in the ultracentrifuge,2 contained albumin and globulin fractions; the other 3 contained only albumin. In all 5 cases the albumin had an abnormally high power of boundary spreading, which suggests that it is wholly or partly polydisperse. By precipitational methods of analysis the same 2 specimens were shown to consist of albumin and globulin and the remaining 3 to contain only albumin. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
