Abstract
Hemangiopericytoma is a rare vascular tumor that is believed to arise from the pericyte of Zimmermann. Approximately 10% of cases occur in children and a third are congenital. To our knowledge we report the first case of a congenital hemangiopericytoma arising from the clitoris, describe its management and review the literature. Keywords
