Abstract
The PTC effect in KNbO3, KBiTi2O6, NaBiTi2O6, Pb2FeNbO6, Pb2FeTaO6 having phase transitions of different types (FE-PE, FE-FE and FE-AFE) has been investigated. In oxides possessing both the FE-PE and the FE-FE phase transition, a ρ(T) anomaly, depending on the values of the donor concentration and the surface state density may be observed in the region of either transition; in some cases two ρ(T) anomalies have been observed. Keywords
