Paper electrophoretic analyses of serum proteins were made in 7 spp. of anoline lizards. A characteristic pattern was found with 4 globulin components and one albumin fraction. Within the general pattern of mobility and concentration of the fractions, specific variations were observed which are correlated with the phylo-genetic relationships of the spp.
