Abstract
A case of cerebellar medulloblastoma is reported, with metastases throughout the central nervous system and to extraneural tissues. The frequency of secondary deposits in bone is underlined in a review of previously recorded cases. The possible ways of dissemination of the tumour cells are examined, in the light of previous experimental work. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
