Abstract
The acidic peptides isolated from the pronase-digests of chicken globin was hydrazinolyzed, and then acid-hydrolyzed. Two spots on the finger print was dinitro-phenylated, and chromatographed two-dimensionally. The N-end sequence was partly determined as; N-Acetyl-Val-Thr-Leu.Keywords
