Abstract
45,X/46,XX mosaicism was found in only one of four primary amniotic fluid cultures. Repeat amniocentesis revealed 45,X/46,XX mosaicism in all four primary cultures. Mosaicism was confirmed in tissues from the abortus.Keywords
