Abstract
This note presented technical aspects of the fluorescent antibody test using fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated goat antiserum to Bacillus subtilis var. niger. Immunofluorescent brightness was decreased if the materials were conjugated for more than 10 hr. at 23[degree] C.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
