Strains of Virus of Foot-and-Mouth Disease Recovered from Outbreaks in Mexico. Pathogenicity and Invasiveness

Abstract
Strains of the foot-and-mouth disease virus recovered from the Mexican epizootic were less invasive and less contagious than other standard "Vallee type A" strains of virus studied by the authors. The Mexican strains of virus were, however, of standard pathogenicity.
