RESIDUAL LUNG VOLUME IN MITRAL DISEASE

Abstract
In 60 patients with mitral stenosis, the ratio of residual volume to total lung capacity as a measure of the index of residual lung volume was constantly elevated indicating a loss of the elastic properties of the lungs.Keywords
