Chronic subphrenic abscess simulating hepatic metastases

Abstract
Two cases of chronic subphrenic abscess are described in patients who previously had undergone abdominal surgery for malignant disease. The clinical features which included a subcostal mass were suggestive of hepatic metastases. Surgical drainage was followed by complete recovery.Keywords
