Abstract
A cloned fragment of the mycoplasma ribosomal RNA operon was used as a molecular probe for the detection of mycoplasmas in cell cultures. According to the conditions of hybridization, the probe can detect prokaryotes in general or mycoplasmas specifically. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
