SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF 2,4- AND 2,6- DIISOCYANATOTOLUENE (TDI) AND 3,3′-DICHLORO- 4,4′-DIAMINODIPHENYLMETHANE (MOCA) IN AIR

Abstract
The air contaminants are absorbed in a mixture of hydrochloric acid/acetic acid/water, the solution made basic, and the analytes extracted (as the corresponding diamine in the case of TDI). The trifluoroacetamide derivatives are then formed and measured by gasliquid chromatography.
