Abstract
In the last paragraph of their commentary on mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome (MLNS), Fetterman and Hashida1 expressed the expectation that the geographical limits of this disease will be clarified in the next one to two years. I hope this letter will help start this process. The commentary and the articles of Kawasaki et al2. and Yanagisawa et al3. published in the same issue of Pediatrics helped me to recognize as MLNS a small epidemic of identical cases of an unusual combination of symptoms that I experienced in Athens during June and July this year (I left Athens on July 20, and, therefore, I cannot say whether more cases have occurred afterwards.).
