Abstract
"" "Polybor-3", a mixture of sodium pentaborate tetrahydrate and sodium tetraborate pentahydrate, sprayed at the rate of 5 lbs. in 3 gallons of water per 100 sq. ft. was ineffective against eggs of A. suum kept in soil in small experimental soil plots. Infectivity of the eggs was determined by feeding portions of the infected soil in gelatin capsules to young guinea pigs.
