Abstract
A preliminary report is given of the radiological problems and results in the field of Bright's disease, its diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. In the past little radiological work in this field has been described. Both clinically and experimentally, however, there is much scope for radiology, and it is probably justifiable to say that in Bright's disease and other diffuse lesions of the renal parenchyma, especially in the stages of renal insufficiency, radiology will have a place.
