Abstract
Decay kinetics of exciton and electron-hole drop systems in a highly photoexcited germanium crystal are investigated by observing time-resolved far-infrared laser magnetoabsorption. Magnetospectroscopy of indium-doped material is also studied over 48-220 μm.Keywords
