Abstract
Summary: Stimulation of murine spleen lymphocytes of the H‐2d and H‐2q haplotype with influenza A/WSN virus results in the generation of T‐effector lymphocytes which lyse infected H‐2b target cells in addition to infected H‐2d target cells. Cross‐reactive lysis of infected H‐2d and H‐2b target cells is due to the action of single Tc clones as shown by adsorption on macrophages and limiting dilution assay. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
