Abstract
Groups of rats 2-4 mos. old and on various dietary regimes were tested daily for the frequency of convulsize seizures pro-duced by auditory stimulation. Hats deficient in B1 or in B1, B2 and B6 manifested more seizures than their controls; on a straight Purina chow diet they manifested more seizures than when this diet was supplemented with brewer''s yeast. Although this nervous change can not be attributed to a specific member of the vit. B complex a dietary factor seems to condition this susceptibility.
