Abstract
The influenceof the C source, of trace elements, of the N source, and of pH in the growth medium of A. niger was studied in reference to polymetaphosphatase production by the mold. Fe, Cu, Mn increased enzyme production. At pH 1.5 to 2.0 production was greatly stimulated. Inorganic sources of N (NO3-, NH4+) were superior to organic (glycine, urea, asparagine). This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
