Reactions of dithiooxamide with chloromethylsilanes are leading to different kinds of products. Depending on the conditions and the reaction pathways N,N′-silylsubstituted dithiooxamides, cyclic dithiooxamides and a dithiooximide can be obtained. All products are sensitive to moisture.
