Abstract
Methods for calculating the maximum digestion in the rumen on the basis of lignin values have been extended to include techniques for measuring the rate of rumen digestion and the digestibility of lignin in the rumen. Principles forming the basis for rumen digestion calculations receive special attention.Keywords
