Abstract
A highly purified aq. thymus extract, thymocrescin, was prepared according to the methods of Asher. These preps. gave the same qualitative tests as described by Asher. Inj. of 5 times the minimum effective dose reported by Asher into 6 successive generations of albino rats failed to produce any acceleration of growth or development.
