1. One hundred sixty-two cases of cerebral palsy are analyzed in regard to the pathoanatomic pattern of their lesions and their possible etiology as elicited from the clinical histories. 2. Differences in the pattern of the lesions are correlated with differences in etiology and their pathogenesis is discussed in the light of current literature.
