Abstract
Cloned DNA from Campylobacter jejuni was found to complement auxotropic defects in proline metabolism in several strains of Escherichia coli. A 4.4-kilobase fragment of Campylobacter DNA encodes the genes analogous to the proA and B genes of E. coli and Salmonella typhimurium. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
