Abstract
From a study of mesons produced in the decay , we have determined the masses of the and mesons to be 1863.3±0.9 and 1868.3±0.9 , respectively. Under the assumption that the has a definite isospin and decays only to , the branching fractions to , , and are (2.2±0.6)%, (4.0 ± 1.3)%, and (3.2±1.1)% and the branching fractions to and are (1.5±0.6)% and (3.9±1.0)%.
