Abstract
This mathematical model of the squid giant axon has been modified to duplicate action potentials of lobster axons. An increase of the leakage potential (VL) by 22.6 millivolts increases the amplitudes of the resting potential, action potential and subthreshold response, and eliminates the undershoot.Keywords
