Abstract
The absence of natural immunity in man, the weaker natural immunity in lower animals, and all aspects of acquired immunity including cross-immunity to treponemes causing yaws and to Treponema cuniculi are in this encyclopedic monograph. Theories concerning the mechanism of immunity are discussed, as well as, the possibility of artificial immunization in experimental animals and in humans. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
